By using Amni-Crypt ("the Software"), developed by Amni-Scient ("we", "us"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Amni-Crypt and all associated components, including but not limited to the cipher engine, Shadow Texture Protocol, container format, seal renderer, and documentation, are proprietary software owned by Amni-Scient. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the compiled application solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties except through authorized distribution channels (Google Play Store).
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. Amni-Crypt employs a proprietary symmetric block cipher. While designed with security best practices, this software has NOT been independently audited by a third-party cryptographic authority. The developers make NO claims of certification by NIST, ISO, or any governmental body. Users requiring certified encryption for regulatory compliance should use government-approved solutions.
You are solely responsible for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Software, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
All encryption and decryption operations are performed locally on your device. No files, passphrases, keys, or personal data are transmitted to external servers. Advertising services (Google AdMob) may collect anonymized device identifiers per Google's privacy policy. See our Privacy Policies for full details.
Amni-Crypt offers an optional premium subscription to remove advertisements. All encryption features are available free of charge regardless of subscription status. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms of service. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Google Play.
Amni-Crypt is classified under ECCN 5D992 (mass market encryption) and is distributed under License Exception ENC per 15 CFR §740.17(b)(1). Users are responsible for compliance with their local import/export regulations governing cryptographic software.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the end user. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
