This privacy policy describes how Amni-Explore, a browser-based galaxy exploration application developed by Amni-Scient ("we", "us", "our"), handles user information.
We collect no personal data. Amni-Explore does not require account creation, registration, login credentials, email addresses, phone numbers, names, or location data. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process user information. The application runs entirely in your web browser.
All galaxy generation, star system creation, planet rendering, and user interaction processing execute entirely within your browser via WebAssembly (WASM) and WebGL. No user data, navigation history, camera positions, or session state is transmitted to any server. The application fetches publicly available NASA Exoplanet Archive data via a third-party API at program start; this request does not include any user-identifying information. No data persists between sessions unless your browser caches static assets (HTML, JS, WASM) per standard HTTP caching behavior.
The hosting page displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google's AdSense SDK may collect and process the following data as described in Google's Privacy Policy:
We do not have access to this data. It is collected and processed entirely by Google.
The application fetches publicly available exoplanet data from NASA's TAP API. This request contains no user-identifying information. NASA's data usage policy governs their end; see NASA Exoplanet Archive.
We do not sell, trade, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. The only third-party data processing occurs through Google AdSense as described in Section 3, governed by Google's privacy policy.
We retain no user data because we collect no user data. The application runs in-browser and stores nothing on our end. Clearing your browser cache removes all locally cached assets.
Amni-Explore's core algorithms (galaxy generation, procedural systems, planet texture synthesis) are compiled from Rust source to WebAssembly binary. The application runs in your browser's sandboxed WASM runtime. No network requests are made beyond the initial page load and NASA data fetch. There is no user input that leaves your device.
Amni-Explore is not directed at children under the age of 13 specifically, though it contains no age-restricted content. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Since we collect no personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, export, or delete. To manage AdSense data collection, you may: (a) use an ad blocker, (b) adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings, or (c) opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the application or applicable laws. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Amni-Explore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
