This privacy policy describes how Amni-Code, an AI coding assistant developed by Amni-Scient ("we", "us", "our"), handles user information.
We collect no personal data through Amni-Scient-operated services. Amni-Code does not require account creation, registration, email addresses, phone numbers, names, or location data to run. We do not operate relay servers that receive or process your working files, prompts, or local project data. Configuration and session data stay on your own machine unless you explicitly connect a third-party AI provider.
All source code parsing, local intelligence execution, and file manipulation occur entirely on your local machine. Source code is never transmitted to us. If you elect to use third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), your prompt and context data are transmitted directly from your machine to those services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
The hosting page displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google's AdSense SDK may collect and process the following data as described in Google's Privacy Policy:
We do not have access to this data. It is collected and processed entirely by Google.
When you configure Amni-Code to use external AI providers, your interactions are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not intermediate this connection, and no data routes through our servers.
We do not sell, trade, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. The only third-party data processing occurs through Google AdSense as described in Section 3, governed by Google's privacy policy.
We retain no user data on Amni-Scient systems. Local configuration, provider settings, and conversation history remain on your own device until you modify or delete them.
Amni-Code executes file access, source parsing, and terminal commands locally inside directories you open. Network traffic only occurs when you explicitly configure a third-party AI provider or remote model endpoint. We do not proxy, inspect, or retain those requests.
Amni-Code is not directed at children under the age of 13 specifically, though it contains no age-restricted content. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Since we collect no personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, export, or delete. To manage AdSense data collection, you may: (a) use an ad blocker, (b) adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings, or (c) opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the application or applicable laws. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Amni-Code after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
